Thank you for writing to Yahoo! Customer Support.
Please try re-launching PageBuilder and see if that resolves the issue. It may be a temporary problem related to system updates or your ISP. It may also help to shutdown and restart your browser, and perhaps even your machine before you try again. If you are using Internet Explorer and are having problems launching PageBuilder, please try launching it on Netscape (version 4.0 or higher) or vice versa. If you are still having problems launching PageBuilder on Internet Explorer and/or Netscape, please go to the following URL: http://java.sun.com/getjava/download.html and download the Java plugin. This makes it possible for your computer (including Windows XP, Me, NT, 2000, 98, or 95) to run Java/Java applets. Then, try launching PageBuilder again to see if this resolves the issue. If this still does not help, please make sure that you have tried all our suggestions found under "Troubleshooting" at http://help.yahoo.com/help/us/webhosting/builder/ * PLEASE NOTE: If you have popup blocking software installed on your computer, you will not be able to launch PageBuilder unless you first disable the software. If, after trying all the tips found under "Troubleshooting," you are still having problems launching PageBuilder, please reply to this message with the following information so we can investigate the issue:
